Before engaging in any hazardous breathing practice, give yourself enough time to know the basics of breathing. Take space and time for preliminary preparation and practice.
Your lungs are sensitive, and the diaphragm is a very fine membrane. If you practice vigorous breathing without knowing what you
do, that will prove harmful in the long run.
You can breathe in a strenuous way, but your breathing pattern still won’t change. You will need patience, gentleness, and kindness when you work with the breath. You will need to be more aware then eager.
What you will need the most is an everyday breathing routine.
The secret of a healthy breath is not how advanced the breathing technique is, but how often do you practice it.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- How to master a healthy breathing pattern with efficient use of the diaphragm.
- Breath mechanics that will help you release tension and undue the unhealthy breathing pattern.
- You’ll learn7 main breathing techniques that are needed to be practiced before any advanced pranayama, without straining.
- You will learn about safety, precautions, and contraindication.
