Class Description

Come to this class and learn to turn tension and stress into a state of bliss. This meditative class promotes muscles relaxation by holding 4-5 passive poses for 5-10 minutes, includes breathing exercises and guided meditation, all with the aim of finding inner balance. Props, blankets, bolsters, blocks are used to promote releasing tension to the all body and help you to feel  comfortable. Practising Restorative Yoga regularly can help you to find a greater sense of ease. You will leave the class feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

A Brief Outline Of The Routine

There’s no weight bearing poses in this class. All poses are done with props, blankets, bolsters whatever you will feel that helps to feel at ease and relaxed in a restorative pose. You will  feel gently stretched out, open and refreshed only by simply resting into pose.
