Class  Description

This class is great to make you feel strong, invigorated, flexible and more present in your body and mind. We’ll start the class with body-breath integration and breathing practice. We’ll continue with a gentle flow, Classical Surya Namaskar, and last guided relaxation. It is a balanced class designed to train your breath, build strength, flexibility, stamina, and concentration.


Improves flexibility and circulation while simultaneously increasing stamina stimulates the energy channels and brings balance to the organs. It improves flexibility and joint mobility; calms and balances the mind; reduces stress and anxiety; works deeply on releasing tension from connective tissues (fascia, tendons, and ligaments).

A Brief Outline Of The Routine

Class starts with breath integration to create internal focus, connecting with self-intention noticing how you feel in your body;  to start a warm-up series you will take Classical Surya Namaskar. This will help you to warm up the muscles. After will do a few simple standing balancing poses. At the peak of the practice will add a short sequence of standing poses held for 3 cycles of breath. At this point, you should be well warmed up. To close your practice, you will relax in Savasana.

The style is driven from Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Classical Yoga
