Benefits

We are aiming to gain confidence and knowledge about how to safely practice yoga. Learning to breathe correctly and bringing awareness towards inhaling and exhaling will add multiple benefits as the body is better oxygenated. Heightened body awareness can greatly improve how well you take care of yourself on the mat and in your day-to-day life.

With consistent practice, you will eliminate shoulder, hip, and knee stiffness. You will become more aware of how you use your body. Your upper spine will feel more flexible, and your hips more open. Also, you will start to notice where you hold emotional tension in your body. All this will lead to a series of benefits for different health conditions.

We’ll end the practice with a guided meditation focusing on self-awareness and unconditional self-acceptance. You’ll leave rejuvenated, awakened, and open for a better day!
